1. What we collect

Browsing the board requires no account and collects no names, emails, or payment details. If you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed form of your password (we never see or store the password itself), plus session records so you stay signed in. Anonymous usage analytics (page views, aggregate performance) are collected via our hosting provider’s analytics service.

2. Stored on your device

Preferences are stored in your browser’s localStorage and cookies: pinned and hidden games, the board/cards view choice, settings from the omakase panel (including a cookie that requests fresher data), and your acknowledgment of these terms. Signing in sets a session cookie. Everything else stays on your device and can be cleared through your browser at any time.

3. What we don’t do

We do not sell personal data, run third-party advertising, or track you across other sites.

4. Third parties

The Service runs on third-party cloud infrastructure, so our hosting provider processes requests (including IP addresses) in order to serve the site. Account data is stored in a managed database, and confirmation and password-reset emails are delivered through a third-party email service that processes your address for that purpose. Clicking an outbound link (e.g. to Polymarket or Kalshi) takes you to a third-party site governed by its own privacy policy — Polymarket links may carry a referral code that the venue uses to attribute signups.
